
This project unfolded in several phases. It began with identifying a unique investment opportunity — a townhouse with great potential. We built a tailored investment strategy, including bank and mortgage consulting, and discovered that the asset required a full municipal project to be converted into a legal residential property.
The goal was to create a space that could serve as both a profitable mid- to short-term rental and a comfortable family retreat when visiting Lisbon. We carefully designed the layout to accommodate family stays, ensuring comfort, functionality, and a welcoming atmosphere for both adults and children — all in the heart of the city.
Today, the property is not only a strong income-generating asset but also a source of personal joy for the family.
