This was an exciting and ambitious development project carried out on behalf of an investor. From the initial purchase to the completion of construction, we managed every step — including project approval, financing, and the full coordination with architects and engineers. We even supported the investor in setting up a company to streamline the financing and ownership process.

One of the most rewarding challenges was the vertical expansion: adding an entire new floor to the building over the course of two years. Located on one of Lisbon’s most iconic streets, preserving the charm and original façade was essential — and successfully integrating the new level became the project’s most valuable achievement.

We created four unique, light-filled apartments with distinctive character. Even before construction was complete, all the units were sold within a few months — a true testament to the value added and the demand for high-quality investments in central Lisbon.

Today, the building is fully finished, with all apartments sold and rented — a project that turned vision into value.
